Records

A degree audit is maintained on all students at Berea College.  The degree audit tracks progress on the completion of a degree by providing up-to-date information on all completed requirements.  The audit also reports any missing requirements for the degree.  Students have access to this information via their myBerea portal.  For any questions, students may inquire with Abbie Buttle, Academic Records Analyst.

The Student Service Center is also the home for permanent grades and student transcripts.

Course schedules are kept on file in the Student Service for up to five years.  Older schedules are housed in the Library archives.
