Biography

Ron, from Cruso, North Carolina, graduated from Berea College with a B.A. in Art and was a potter for several years.  He began work with Berea College in 1985 in the ‘Campus Security’ office.  Over the years he has trained in many areas, helping that office grow to ‘Safety and Security’ and then a department of ‘Public Safety’.  He has taught Defensive Driving to a few thousand Berea College students and really enjoys that direct contact and helping the students live safely while we enjoy our Berea experience. Ron is the Team Leader of the Pearson’s neighborhood team.
