Berea College has enrolled 1,426 students for the spring semester, according to information from the College's Office of Records and Registration.

The total, which includes both full- and part-time students, consists of 830 women and 596 men. The freshman class is composed of 419 students while the seniors number 331. The sophomore class has 330 registrants while 293 are classified as juniors.

Part-time enrollment totals 53, with 19 of those from the Berea Community School. Ten Madison Southern students and 10 employees are taking courses and 14 special students are enrolled.

The fall term enrollment for the 1999-2000 academic year was 1,550.
