Full-time and part-time, regular employees of the College may purchase a fully insured health insurance policy. The College currently pays 60% of the cost of the employee health insurance; the employee pays 40% of the cost of the plan. Please refer to the Summary Plan Description of this plan for detailed information about the current premiums and specific insurance provisions. A Benefits Summary is provided annually by the insurance carrier and contains a general outline of benefits and services. This summary may be obtained from the Office of People Services by calling x3070 or x3051. Additionally, current premiums and the insurance carrier name, etc., is published in the Benefits Summary brochure provided by the People Services staff. These benefits are subject to termination or change at any time.
