The College has implemented a reimbursement plan to assist all full time and part time benefit eligible employees with their dental expenses. THIS IS NOT AN INSURED BENEFIT as the College has assumed the full risk of the reimbursement program design.
The plan provides any enrolled participant with a reimbursement of 100% of the first $100 of each plan year and 50% reimbursement for any additional dental costs thereafter for covered dental services up to a maximum of $1,000 per person per plan year. The plan does NOT reimburse for cosmetic dentistry expenses, for general anesthesia or for orthodontics. Treatment for temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ) is limited to a maximum of $150 per plan year.
