Berea College is seeking an Office Manager/Administrative Assistant for the Women’s and Gender Studies, Division VI
Include the following: provide clerical support for Women’s & Gender Studies, other building faculty members and Division Chair; maintain office supplies; organize food events for programs; update electronic bulletin boards for upcoming programs; maintain budget records, process check requests and travel expenses, reconcile purchasing card; monitor Banner and credit card site; help with making travel arrangements for faculty and students; supervise student labor and student payroll coordinator.
The successful candidate for this position will have a minimum of a high school diploma, (Associate’s Degree preferred). Candidates should have 2+ years of secretarial and bookkeeping experience, and have computer proficiency in Word and Excel. The ability to provide a positive working environment for students and staff is a must.
