Digital Engagement Analyst
Integrated Marketing and Communications
A new position has been created to assist the Office of Integrated Marketing and Communications in establishing best practices for engaging online users’ experience and community growth.
This position will be responsible for analyzing online data and making recommendations using social and web analytics applications. The Digital Engagement Analyst will possess superior analytical ability and a curious mind and have technical knowledge/functional expertise in social media, web engagement, marketing and measurement as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements include the following: an Associate’s degree; a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business technology or related discipline is preferred; 2+ years experience working in social media for higher education, a corporate organization, or an advertising agency; 2+ years experience with Google Analytics, Radian 6, Hub Spot, Omniture, Webtrends, Akexa, or Comscore is desirable. A Marketing Certificate with a concentration in Social Media and Web Analytics or a Certificate in Social Media Technologies and Implementation are also preferred.
