Intro:

Berea College is currently recruiting for a creative, innovative individual to plan and execute communication and marketing strategies to various audiences across the College community with an emphasis on development and alumni relations.

Responsibilities:

This position will partner with the Associate VP of the division to develop strategic plans, budgets and timelines for various clients and will collaborate with designers, web development and social media team members to support the strategic communication goals established.

Qualifications:

Candidates with adaptable writing and editing skills, evidence of superior proficiency in grammar and the mechanics of professional writing and those possessing a high level of expertise and ability to use electronic communications technology are encouraged to apply. A Bachelors degree in English, communication or journalism is required (a Master’s degree is preferred). Candidates should have 5+ years of experience producing effective communication material and have evidence of successful project management.
