Hall Director – 2 Positions – Upward Bound Math Science

Intro:
Berea College is currently recruiting two temporary seven-week positions with Upward Bound/Upward Bound Math Science. Hall Directors are primarily responsible for researching, planning, evaluating, leading and participating in summer UBMS program activities.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities of the Instructor include the following: developing classes and other activities as needed; supervising Tutor Counselors and participating in camp activities with students; maintaining discipline during activities on and off campus and in the dormitories.
Qualifications:
Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor’s degree required; leadership and similar job experience. The successful candidates for this position will have the following skills: excellent written and oral communication skills; superior interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to work in a high energy team environment; teaching and leading youth, group management.
