Physical activity will again be monitored by wearing a pedometer.  What is a pedometer?  A small device worn on a waistband over one hip that counts the numbers of steps taken during your busy day - on the job, going to classes, going to meetings, working in your yard, playing with your children, etc. - tracking all of your movements.  All registrants who do not have a pedometer will receive one.

Whether organized through a club, residence hall, labor department, academic department, or organization, teams must have 4 members.  The top 5 stepping college recognized club/organization teams will be awarded money.  The top 5 stepping faculty/staff and independent teams will be awarded prizes.
