Participants

• must be 13 yrs. of age or older.
• Those, 13-17 yrs., must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Dates: Dec. 26 supper through New Year's Day breakfast.

Registration

• Registration with deposit due by Nov. 1, 2007
• Registration accepted as space available after Nov. 1, 2007
• Full Balance due by Dec. 1, 2007
• Deposit: All registrations must be accompanied by a deposit of $75 per person.

Arrival / Check In / Pick up Registration Packet: 12/26, 2-5 p.m. First floor of Seabury Center.
Registration is limited; register early!

Credit: Optional: 1 undergraduate credit: $10.

Confirmations of registration will be mailed beginning September 1. Registrations are not transferable.

Cancellations

• By 11/1: $25 per person is non-refundable
• 11/2 - 11/30: $50 per person is non-refundable
• 12/1 - 12/18: $75 per person is non-refundable
• After 12/18 full fees will be retained.

Accommodations

• Dorm Lodging: 12/26 through 12/31: $70 for double occupancy; $140 for single room. Sheets and towels furnished. Bring soap, washcloth, light blanket, and pillow. Must be 18 years or over or with parent/guardian.
• Dorm room availability may be limited after 11/1.
• Boone Tavern: Reservation request accepted only with CCDS registration. Rooms are limited!! Other than dormitory or Boone Tavern lodging to be arranged independently. (See Other Motel Accommodations for more details.)

Other Motel Accommodations
Other than the dorm or Boone Tavern, participants must handle reservations and fees independently.
Other motels (All are a short drive from campus)

Registration: 12/26, 2-5 pm. First floor of Seabury Center

Suggested Attire: Ordinary clothes in comfortable fabrics; festive attire for evening parties. Hard-soled shoes are recommended. Bring a pair of shoes, which you will wear only indoors, for dancing.  Bring a wild or crazy hat for hat night.

Location: 1-75, exits 76 and 77 in central Kentucky.

Air travel: Bluegrass Field in Lexington, one hour’s drive from Berea. For airport pickup/return only on 12/26 and 1/1
($35 one-way; $60 round trip per person), contact Joe Tarter at (859) 986-1986. Reservation must be received by 12/15.
