Participants

• must be 13 yrs. of age or older.
• Those, 13-17 yrs., must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Completed Youth contract required with registration for ages 13-17. Also available by calling 859-985-3431.
• Suggested Attire: Ordinary clothes in comfortable fabrics; festive attire for evening parties. Hard-soled shoes are recommended. Bring a pair of shoes, which you will wear only indoors, for dancing.  Bring a wild or crazy hat for hat night.

Air travel:Bluegrass Field in Lexington, one hour’s drive from Berea. For airport pickup/return only on 12/26 and 1/1.
Cost:    $35 one-way; or $60 round trip per person. Contact Joe Tarter at (859) 986-1986. Please make reservation by 12/15.

Registration

12/26, 2-5 pm. First floor of Seabury Center. Registration is limited; register early!

• Registration with deposit due by Nov. 2, 2009
• Registration accepted as space available after Nov. 2, 2009
• Full Balance due by Dec. 1, 2009
• All lodging not paid for by Dec.4 will be cancelled!
• Deposit: All registrations must be accompanied by a deposit of $75 per person.

Arrival / Check In / Pick up Registration Packet: 12/26, 2-5 p.m. First floor of Seabury Center.

Continuing Education unit for teachers: $10.

Confirmationsof registration will be mailed beginning September 1. Registrations are not transferable.

Accommodations

• All lodging not paid for by Dec. 4 will be cancelled!
• Dorm Lodging: 12/26 through 12/31: $80 for double occupancy; $160 for single room. Sheets and towels furnished. Bring soap, washcloth, light blanket, and pillow. Must be 18 years or over or with parent/guardian.
• Dorm room availability may be limited after 11/2.
• Boone Tavern or Fairfield Inn: Reservation request accepted only with CCDS registration. Rooms are limited!! Other than dormitory or Boone Tavern or Fairfield Inn, lodging to be arranged independently.  See www.berea.com/where-to-stay  for other accommodations.

Cancellations

•  11/2: $25 per person is non-refundable
• 11/3 - 11/30: $50 per person is non-refundable
• 12/1 - 12/15: $75 per person is non-refundable
• After 12/15:  NO REFUNDS
