| Classical guitarist Michael Fogler will perform this Sunday, Oct. 25, at Berea College. The 3 p.m. program is scheduled in Gray Auditorium of Presser Music Hall.
A member of the music faculty at the University of Kentucky since 1978, Fogler has become well-known in this part of the country for his 30 years of outstanding performances, both as a solo guitarist and in chamber music. He holds guitar performance degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Florida State University. His program at Berea will include music spanning several centuries, including works by J.S. Bach, Carlo Domeniconi, Muriel Anderson, Joaquin Rodrigo and Jorge Morel. The free performance is sponsored by the Berea College Music Department. |
