Labor Positions in Student Service Center

The Student Service Center provides one-stop access to matters related to academics, financial aid, and student accounts. Transactions include the issue of transcripts and enrollment verifications, cashiering and student account / loan payments, financial aid inquiries, and much more. The Center also oversees a self-serve room where students can complete a wide variety of forms and gain access to Berea's Online NeighborhooD.

Students working in the Center are cross-trained to assist customers alongside professional staff. This is a great opportunity for students interested in honing customer service skills, learning about administrative matters, and gaining experience in academic and financial areas.
