Labor Positions in Admissions

The Admissions Office includes sixteen full-time student workers who are the heart and soul of the office’s daily efforts. They are responsible for 95% of the data entry on BANNER as well as the handling of incoming and outgoing mail, typing, filing, and many other tasks. Set in an atmosphere of camaraderie, students are encouraged not only to learn Admission procedures but also to develop skills in the areas of communication, decision-making, and problem solving. Higher level opportunities include training and managerial positions.
