Resources

Are you needing some help to get started in learning or teaching Web design? Look no further. Compiled below are some references to get you started and moving in the right direction.

Overview of Web Design

Before you get involved in design a Web page or site for the first time, you need to know the basics. Another great question to ask is what are you trying to accomplish with the Web site? Sometimes, a simple downloadable PDF can achieve the same results rather than spending the resources and time to learn how to create a Web site. If you would like some help here, please contact Cary Hazelwood, Web Site Coordinator, for information on how to approach your project. Please, no inquiries from outside the college.

Teaching Web Design and Development

If you are an instructor looking to incorporate Web design in your course, make sure that you have familiarized yourself with the basics above before diving headfirst into planning your lesson or project.
