Use of Cellular Phones

Invoices will be paid by the Phone Center and itemized statements will be sent to department heads, who will be responsible for reviewing the statements.

Employees must immediately repay their department for personal calls.

Employees should avoid talking on a cellular phone and driving a motor vehicle at the same time due to the safety concerns.

How to Request Cellular Service

Cellular service requires specific approval of the responsible area Department Head and Vice President. Complete the following request form and send it to the Phone Center. The Phone Center will notify you when your equipment arrives.

Do not make changes to your cellular service through direct contact with the service provider. Cellular service plans will be revised as deemed appropriate as negotiated by the Purchasing Department with the provider. Changes will be made by the Phone Center.
