Problem:
While trying to type on my laptop, my mouse jumps all over the screen.

Solution:
There are three possible reasons for this problem. One, the keyboard pointer stick is bad. Two, the track pad on the palmrest is bad. Three, the sensitivity settings on your mouse are set too high and a gentle nudge of the pointer stick or track pad is causing the mouse to move.

Bring in the laptop to IS&S at your earliest convenience and we will repair the problem.
