A photography exhibit recounting the community of Vardy, Tennessee during the early 20th century is now on display in Hutchins Library. The exhibit features large, slice-of-life images from daily activities in Vardy, such as church and the Vardy Community School.

The exhibit's creator, DruAnna Williams Overbay, will visit the library for a gallery talk and reception for her work on Saturday, November 3rd at 2pm. Ms. Overbay is also author of the book Windows on the Past from Mercer University Press. Donations to the Vardy Community Historical Society are appreciated.

The exhibit runs through November 30th.
