Ever been confused, frustrated, or bewildered by BANC? Behold the new and improved BANC tutorial! Topical coverage includes a brief introduction; demonstrations on searching by title, author, subject, and keyword; finding reserve materials; setting limits within BANC; and viewing personal account information. Users can skip around to complete different modules at their own pace or simply view the modules in order from beginning to end. Interactive quizzes at the end of each module reinforce the tutorial's most important points.

The BANC tutorial was created by Jennifer Perkins in cooperation with Katie Foran and the Hutchins Library Reference Staff. Ms. Perkins, a staff member in the Donor Relations office, completed the tutorials as part of her LME 590 practicum at Western Kentucky University.
