I am a Human Resources professional, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner. I have a wealth of experience in different components of HR with nine years in Talent Acquisition and Recruiting specifically. I am driven by a commitment of continuous learning and professional development. Currently, I am pursuing my Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resource Management. I have been an employee of Berea College for four years, where I have got to learn and grow my HR skills, to be an even better HR professional. Outside of my professional endeavors, I enjoy spending time with my family and volunteering my time to get involved with my community in Rockcastle County.
