I have my BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Louisville and my MBA from Sullivan University. I have worked in Human Resources since 2007 in various roles and industries, including retail, manufacturing, and now higher education. I started working at Berea College in 2015 as an HR Generalist for Partners for Education. Over the years I’ve held many different roles within the HR department. I also have my Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR), Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and I recently obtained my Strategic HR Business Certification.

My team and I support the College in all HR operational functions.

As Director of HR Operations at Berea College, I am responsible for various HR functions, including business partnership and organizational development, employee relations and engagement, talent acquisition and management, performance management, training and development, and compliance. My team supports the College in all HR operational functions.  

Areas of responsibility: DE&I, President’s Office.
