Two
student organizations are specifically related to History.
- The History and Political Science Club
sponsors social and intellectual activities,
including trips and talks by visiting speakers. (Advisers: John
Heyrman and Rebecca Bates)
- Phi Alpha Theta, the national
History honor society, recognizes academic
achievement in history, and sponsors conferences, scholarships,
and a journal.
