Salaried Staff Activity Report Policy
Scope: All Berea College Externally Sponsored Programs salaried staff and GEAR UP Academic Specialists
Effective Date: February 1, 2012
Purpose: To establish guidelines for Berea College Externally Sponsored Programs salaried staff and GEAR UP Academic Specialists to follow when they fill out their monthly Activity Report.
The Activity Report is a spreadsheet that salaried employees are required to fill out each month to document time worked. On this report, salaried employees shall document time worked, vacation time, sick time, holiday time, etc… for the month.
The activity report should be completed each month and e-mailed (Heather_Dufour@berea.edu), mailed (CPO 2185), hand delivered or faxed (859-985-3920) to Heather Dufour by the 5th of each month (ex.: January’s form received by Feb 5th)
After verifying time, Heather will meet with supervisors monthly to get their approval.
