To Celebrate Sodexo’s Mex to the Max, Berea Dining had a Mex to the Max Theme meal on October 21st! Roberta Anderson, Student Promotions Coordinator, planned the menu which consisted of: Mexican-Style Spicy Chicken, Mexican Rice, Black Beans, Mexican-Style Corn, Carne Guisada, Very Veggie Quesadillas, Vegan Chili made with Berea College Black Beans, Ancient Aztec Tortilla Soup, Mexican Cornbread, Mexican Flat Bread Pizza, and Bananas Foster. Berea Dining received many compliments about the meal. Students expressed that they would like for Berea Dining to have another Mexican theme meal. Berea Dining’s managers, chef’s, and student workers made this Mex to the Max celebration a fun and enjoyable one! Thanks goes out to all who made this meal possible! |
