In celebration of Hispanic Heritage month
 
Salsa Tasting at Berea CollegeIn celebration of Hispanic Heritage month, Berea Dining held a Salsa Tasting on September 10th, where students sampled  four different salsas: Tomatilla, Mango Pico de Gallo, Black Bean & Corn, and Salsa Fresca!  All salsas were a hit, and featured locally-grown tomatoes, herbs, and peppers. Thanks to Berea Dining’s Chefs and the help of student workers Erin Callow, Andrew Chaney, and Te’Aira Stokes, Berea Dining's Salsa Tasting experience was a great success!
