In ancient Japan, Taiko drums were used to frighten invaders, inspire troops in battle, and call the gods. For the past 18 years, this spirited group has catapulted Japanese Taiko drumming into the 21st century with an eclectic experience that is part martial arts athleticism, part dance, and all rhythm.
