Leadership of the Learning Center begins with the Coordinator, Megan Hoffman. She bears the final responsibility for the Center's operations and development and supervises all staff members. Vicky Hayes, the Program Assistant, supervises the Learning Center's office and consulting staff, and also provides for staff development and oversees office and peer consulting staff. The Learning Center's leadership team includes the Senior Consultants and Office Manager. All staff members are expected to be responsible and imaginative contributors to the Learning Center's work. The Learning Center Associates are faculty and staff members who have part-time appointments with the Center. The steering committee is a group of faculty and administrators who oversee the Center’s mission and help guide its services.
