This form is specifically for CTL affiliated departments such as SST, Writing Resources, Writing Administrator, TLAP, and Faculty Development! When requesting support in planning and coordinating an event from the CTL Office Manager, you must have requests submitted three WEEKS in advance for smaller events under 25-30 individuals and three MONTHS in advance for larger events that require bigger accommodations and rooms. Please allow one to two business days for Office Manager to respond following your request.
