A Bonner Scholar can request to receive Community Fund money by completing a Community Fund Request Form and turning it in to the Senior Intern.

The request for funds should be turned in two weeks before funds are needed in order to give the committee time to review the application. However, exceptions can be made.

The amount you receive from the Community Fund may alter from the requested amount after the committee views the request.

If more than $500 is needed, applicants need to collaborate with other Bonners to submit a joint application (this improves the chances of the request being approved). A request for over $1,000 requires voting from the entire group of Bonner Scholars.

Committee members may request funds, however they cannot vote on their approval.

A report form is to be completed and turned in to the Bonner Senior Intern after the project or program has taken place.
