At this time, a major in Classical Languages is not offered. Students interested in proposing an Independent Major in Classical Civilizations, Classical Studies, or a similar area, should consult with the Department Chairperson or with Dr. John Carlevale in the Department of Foreign Languages as early as possible in their College career.

Required Distribution Courses
A minimum of seven (7) additional LAT course credits above the LAT 103 level
Required Collateral Courses
Another foreign language through the 103 level
Proficiency Requirements for Retention in and Completion of the Major
