Berea College reserves the right to amend, revise, or modify policies contained within this publication.

All statements contained in this Catalog reflect the approved policies of Berea College as of July 23, 2007. The College reserves the right to change with due notice any of the provisions, statements, policies, curricula, procedures, regulations, or fees. Whenever possible, updates will be posted here in the 2007-2008 Berea College Online Catalog. The Student Handbook (provided by the Office of the Vice-President for Labor and Student Life to all current students and also published online) supplements the College Catalog and expands upon College policies and procedures. The Short Term Catalog, published online by the Office of Academic Services in late October, is a supplement to the College Catalog and provides additional academic information regarding that specific January term. Students have the responsibility of being aware of and following the policies outlined in each of these publications.

In compliance with the Student Right-to-Know and Campus Security Act, Public Law 101-542, information on completion and graduation rates is available upon request from the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment, and information regarding campus crime is available upon request from the following offices: Public Safety, People Services, Labor and Student Life, and Admissions.
