Finally, self-assessment tools will also serve you as a resource
for finding out your skills and interests. They will also help
you become more familiar with yourself. Knowing your likes, dislikes,
strengths, and weaknesses is the first step to choosing the right
career and future job. We offer the following:
1. Personality Profile ("Do What You Are") identifies
your strengths and weaknesses and matches your personality to
career fields.
2. Strong Campbell identifies your skills and interests and advises
positions that you should pursue, develop, or avoid.
3. SIGI matches
your skills, interests, and values to career fields. Sigi also
provides very valuable position descriptions
that are extremely helpful in your internship and job searches.
