- Please use only designated boards in the Crossroads Complex for program calendars and marketing materials. Please remove all materials after the event date.
- Please refrain from posting flyers on glass windows, painted wall, bathroom stalls or mirrors. All flyers posted in these area’s will be recycled.
- When using sidewalk chalk, please use only sidewalks which are not under an overhang i.e. front of alumni building. Sidewalk chalk should not be placed on vertical surfaces as the rain will not reach these areas i.e. Woods-Penn Tower, brick wall by alumni building.
