Equipment Needs

Please mark (X) set-up and equipment request and number of equipment needed.

If you would like to reserve tables & chairs for outdoors, please contact facilities management.

Set-Up Format

• Any changes to set-up must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Standard CLEAN-UP is expected from the parties reserving the room.
• Trash should be gathered and taken to the dumpster, located behind Fairchild Hall.
• ALL food, drinks and personal items are to be removed from the area.
• Please notify Administrative Assistant if food or drinks will be brought into the reserved area.

I understand that my function could expose myself and others attending the function to be exposed to unknown risks. Acknowledging that such risks exist, I hereby release and discharge Berea College, its officers, agents and employees from any and all claims or liability for personal injury or property damage I may suffer while holding my function on campus; including, but not limited to, any claim arising out of any condition of the premises at which the activity or function is held or the conduct of any person in connection with the preparation for, supervision of, or conduct of any activity, whether planned or unplanned. I specifically agree to release Berea College, officers, agents, or employees.

Standard cleanup is expected & trash should be thrown away in the dumpster behind FC.   If this does not occur it will result in the group being assessed $25.

** Account Number needed for all reservations. Reservations canceled without 24 hour notice will result in the group being charged $25.00.
