I understand that my organization may be assessed an additional charge if the space is left in unsatisfactory condition or there is damage to any Berea College property.

I understand that all participants are required to adhere to all state & federal laws & to all College policies, regulations, & guidelines.   Failure to comply with these regulations may result in forfeiture of the privilege of using College facilities & services or termination of this agreement.

I release Berea College, its trustees, officers, agents and employees from any liability for injuries and accidents resulting from participation at Seabury Center.
