experience in the design and implementation of effective group
process. That work includes creating plans and establishing systems
to increase group work and organizational effectiveness, analyzing
complex, long-term change efforts in organizations and communities,
facilitating multiparty groups, and training leaders, managers
and coaches in Authentic Partnership.
