Track Description
Join an intimate group of leaders in a lively process of management training, peer learning, critical analysis, and problem solving. Designed for leaders seeking excellence in any field, the curriculum for this track is unique: serious work on the actual challenges and possibilities that you—and your organization—are facing. This track will strengthen your ability to think strategically and sensitively about complex internal and external issues. You will leave with allies, tools and tangible plans for the future. Confidentiality and candor are essential.
