Registration Form
The Course Registration Form may be used for the following:
- to obtain
an instructor's permission to enter a class in lieu of the instructor's
granting the permission on the Web;
- to obtain instructors' permissions
to take conflicting courses in lieu of the instructors' granting
permissions on the Web;
- to obtain the adviser’s signature
for permission to carry a course overload;
- to drop or add a class
after the last day to add a class;
- to register for special courses
that are not listed in the Schedule of Classes.
Copies of the form also are available at the Student Service Center
(First floor, Lincoln Hall), where Course Registration Forms will
be submitted for processing. Please remember that course registration
changes that occur after the last day to add a class ALWAYS must
be processed by the Student Service Center on a Course Registration
Form.
Advising Registration Agreement Form
Students and advisers are strongly encouraged to complete the Advising
Registration Agreement Form to establish a schedule that will
be used for Web Registration. Be sure to discuss alternate courses
in case some of those you seek are closed or unavailable to you.
A carbonless paper version of the form also is available in the
Student Service Center, which allows the student and the adviser
to each retain a copy of the agreement.
