Transcripts
are issued free of charge to current and former students. To request
a transcript, please complete the attached Transcript Request form
and mail or fax the signed form to the address or number indicated.
We are sorry, but we do not accept telephoned or e-mailed requests
for transcripts. Questions or comments should be directed to the
Student Service Center at (859) 985-3208.
NOTE: Former students
may have holds prohibiting access to their academic records if
they left Berea College with a student account
balance or if their loans are not in good standing. Please contact
the appropriate department(s) to resolve any such holds.
