| Degree
audit is a tool that compares degree requirements against student
work. This tool makes it possible for students and advisers to
readily assess progress toward degree completion, print reports,
and explore alternatives when considering a change in the course
of study. At the present time, degree audit reports are not available
for Independent Majors, as individual programming is required.
Audit reports should be used in conjunction with the curriculum
guide sheets and the College Catalog. Degree audit is not an official
accounting system for degree requirements and will not replace
the degree verification function within the Office of Academic
Services. To access the degree audit tool:
to the secure area of BONd using your userID and PIN
- Select
the “Student Services and Student Financial
Aid” menu
item
- Click on “Student Records Menu” and select “Degree
Evaluation”
You will be presented with three choices:
- View Previous Evaluations
- Generate New Evaluation
- What-If Analysis
Select the desired report and follow the processing instructions.
For security purposes, please click “Exit” before
closing your browser.
Important: The proper catalog term, which should match the curriculum
guide sheet being used, is critical to the accuracy of degree
evaluation. Most students currently have a catalog term on the
system reflecting their entry term. The Office of Academic Services
will update the catalog term to reflect the program a student
plans to follow at the time of declaration of major.
