Registration Fee and Deadline
The Annual Institute registration fee is $450. The registration deadline is August 8, 2008. The late registration fee increases to $475.
What the Fee Covers
The registration fee covers all workshop
sessions and materials. The fee covers meals
and snacks except dinner on Thursday
evening. A light continental breakfast will be
served each morning. The fee does not include
lodging.
