Search for New Director Underway
President Larry Shinn recently announced that Jeanne Hibberd will be stepping down as director of the Appalachian Fund, a position she has held since January 2004. Jeanne has accepted a position as development director with the Hindman Settlement School in Hindman, Kentucky. Starting in October, she can be reached at .

A search for a new director is currently underway. The Appalachian Fund director is a part-time position which is combined with another position called Coordinator of the Entrepreneurship for the Public Good (EPG) Program.
