Students who wish to waive CHM 101 and move directly into CHM 131 or 134 will take a standardized chemistry examination over high-school chemistry content. Students registered for CHM 101 will be able to take this waiver exam during the beginning days of the course, or may contact the Department of Chemistry to make arrangements to take the waiver examination prior to registering for CHM 101.
