Be certain your advisees are aware that changes can be made to a major and minor program by the Faculty body or the Academic Program Council after the publication of their Catalog. (For instance, sometimes required courses are dropped and replaced by others, or new courses are approved to meet a major or minor program.) Such changes will be announced in the current Online Catalog, as well as in supplement to their Catalog, which is posted in the #Academics public folder on MS Outlook.
