Term Bill

The term bill, which includes charges for housing, meals, and all fees, is expected to be paid in full prior to the start of the term. If term charges cannot be paid in full, a payment plan must be arranged through the Office of Student Financial Aid Services (120 Lincoln Hall). Payment plans may include a combination of payment by cash, check, or credit card, use of labor earnings through payroll deduction (50 percent or more), or additional aid such as institutional or federal loans.

Existing term-bill balances must be resolved within a published limit in order to participate in advanced registration. Students needing assistance with their term bills should refer to a financial aid counselor in the Office of Student Financial Aid Services. For further information about the term bill, please contact Chris Thomas, Coordinator of Student Accounts and of the Student Service Center, First Floor Lincoln Hall, CPO 2168, (859) 985-3094, or e-mail .
