Goals
of the Career Development Office |

- To provide services that provide insight into student interests, skills, and values, and link them to options for work/service/learning, which use and strengthen those skills.
- Work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and others as mentors to students regarding career planning and development.
- Seek to be the connection between students/potential employers/alumni.
- Continue to develop electronic programs that will assist students in their searches: major, assessments, internships, graduate schools and employment. [Anyone with a Berea College e-mail account can go to the Career Development Web site to take advantage of these electronic programs, including NACE Link, Perfect Interview Online, and Sigi Plus.]
- Connect and develop skills via Labor Program/Careers.
