Berea College Financial Resource Questionnaire (FRQ)

Welcome to the Berea College Financial Resource Questionnaire (FRQ). This form has been designed to aid in the submission of your family's financial information, which is required for you to be considered for admission to Berea College. Please keep in mind that the Berea College FRQ is provided as a preliminary assessment of your ability to meet Berea's financial qualifications and that all offers of admission are contingent on results of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Please read over the following information carefully before proceeding on to the next step.

• Begin by completing the FRQ Worksheet. If you complete this before you begin the online process, it will take you approximately 20 minutes to complete the online form.

• Please set aside enough time to finish and submit the entire form before you begin. You will not be able to save your information to return to it later.

• Enter only whole dollar amounts (no cents) into the online form where appropriate. Do not use punctuation marks (commas or periods) or other characters (dollar signs, etc..)

• Should you experience difficulties with any part of the FRQ process, we enourage you to call 1-800-326-5948 and ask to speak with one of our Admissions Counselors.

Please note: The FRQ Worksheet is designed to help you complete the online form, but it is not a substitute for the online form. Only the online form will be considered as an official FRQ submission.
